I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not ideal, being close to noisy areas and having some road noise despite my request for a quieter room. On the bright side, my room had a comfortable king bed and a functional TV. The service was commendable, especially the helpful and friendly staff. The location, though a bit crowded and not as clean as expected, was suitable for my needs, and I appreciated the added security presence during the night patrols. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious food and great value during happy hours and breakfast. The hotel had its ups and downs, but overall, I found it satisfactory for my stay.

The hotel offers cozy and quiet rooms, perfect for a family with a 3-year-old like us. However, the decor needs an update. The staff is mostly very nice and helpful, but some may rush interactions. The location is convenient, slightly noisy due to the highway close by. Dining is varied and appetizing, with an excellent free breakfast buffet.

Staying in room 436 of the hall was a cozy and quiet experience, though being next to the stairs could be a bit noisy for those sensitive in the mornings. The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff always checking in during dining times. The location, despite needing updates, offers easy access to the freeway and other attractions nearby. The dining options were varied but could use some improvement in quality, while the facilities overall were satisfactory.
